In its first decade, brandstory-inspired news stories have been published around the world:
In Croatia, the State-owned financial agency, FINA, won the country’s Grand Prix award for its relaunch Year of Open Communications (devised by brandstory) ahead of competition from private enterprise. And brandstory began its work on the wine industry with Vina Laguna in Istria.
In Italy, the country’s most ubiquitous food retailer – Conad – rediscovered its true story, that it symbolised Italian food in all its diversity. Whilst the celebrated salumi family at Levoni saw its story told as far away as Jamie’s Italian restaurants in England.
Across Europe, the railway system found a new hero – Europe’s Destination Station – at St Pancras. Apart from multiple awards, the restored St Pancras won 25% more custom for Eurostar in its first full six months, our “longest champagne bar in Europe” became the talk of the town, and 20% of visitors came not to travel but to enjoy the destination
Globally, a mid-Western workspace provider staked out high ground as the “organic workspace” people, ultimately launching its new Asia Pacific HQ in the continent’s tallest building – the Organic Workspace, Shanghai – with its own brand story.
Now our old friend Gatwick re-brands itself under new owners as “your London airport” to win plaudits and prizes.
Wherever we travel, people prefer brands… with a story.
